About

Space you can walk to.

Lockerroomz exists because apartment life runs out of cupboards before it runs out of things you still use.

The customer is a resident, not a person moving house. The locker is for the suitcase, the golf clubs, the sports kit, the pushchair, the seasonal things, the boxes and the small stock that do not fit upstairs and are not ready to be thrown away.

It should be minutes from home: a bright, self-service shop on your high street that you pop into like the corner shop. Smart lockers, opened with the app or a code, in shops planned to open early till late. That is a different job from a drive to the edge of the city.

What we are not

Not a clone of the big self-storage sheds. You should not need a car to fetch something you will use this month. Boxes and tape from a vending machine are planned to sit alongside the lockers, and parcel collection and returns are planned too, subject to agreements with carrier partners. Storage, packing and parcels: one useful local shop.

Backed by Jigsaw

The concept is backed by Jigsaw. Jigsaw is the sponsor behind the work. Lockerroomz is the name residents and building owners will see. Jigsaw is not the customer-facing brand.

Founded by Jigsaw, a UK real-estate investment and development business.

Pre-launch, said plainly

No shops are open. No neighbourhood on this site is a secured location. You cannot book, and you cannot pay. Enquiries are collected on the site.

This preview does not present Lockerroomz as an incorporated company, and it does not give a company number. It is a concept being prepared, shown as a site so the idea can be read clearly.
